| Wolf to host local job fair on Oct. 19 - MySanAntonio Posted: 29 Jan 2011 04:49 AM PST WINCHESTER — Rep. Frank Wolf, R-10th, will host a job fair on Oct. 19 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the newly opened Virginia Army National Guard Armory near the airport. The event is free and open to the public. Among the employers scheduled to participate are BB&T, the Virginia State Police, FedEx Ground, Windward IT Solutions, Transportation Security Administration-Dulles, Project Hope and Comcast. A complete listing of participating businesses and federal agencies will be posted on Wolf's Web site, www.wolf.house.gov, closer to the event. The Virginia Employment Commission's Winchester Workforce Center also will be on hand to provide information on their resources, including assistance for disabled veterans. Job seekers also will be able to consult volunteers from the Winchester Area Society for Human Resource Management for help with resumes and other career issues.
